The class not only stretches the entire body, but after only a few weeks, I noticed improvement in the tone of my upper legs and arms. I always feel better after this class, even when I thought I was good before! Rebekah gives great instructions so you know exactly what to do and she will gently correct any problems without calling you out. I feel stronger than when I started this class four months ago.

I am a beginner student with the Essentrics class and am enjoying the classes with Rebekah. She is a great instructor and is very easy to follow along with during the class. The low-impact class provides a great opportunity to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
